Video Title: Graphs Graph Edit

  • video duration: 1:09 minutes

How to edit graph data, legends, and axis titles directly. Double-click anywhere in the white graph area — the Edit Graph Data dialog opens. From here: modify legend names for any data series; change how years or periods display on the X-axis; edit the X-axis title and Y-axis title; Insert Row or Insert Column to add data series or time periods. Click OK to apply changes — the graph updates immediately. Important: graph edits are temporary for the current view only. When you exit the graph and return, it resets to the original planEASe-generated data. To restore the original at any time click Reset Graph. The rule is: what you see is what prints, but edits do not persist between sessions.
